At Aqua Carry, we want you to feel confident carrying our gear. If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re happy to accept a return. We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Backpacks must be in original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us via AquaCarry@outlook.com.au and once your return is approved, you’ll receive instructions on how and where to send your item. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged.

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method.
